My opinion on the capital punishment
Nowdays, many people in the world get the capital punishment, and it is one of the point at issue that many people talk about, and all people have a diffrent point of view about it. I know that some people think it is unfair because it could be another crime that to kill someone; however, personally I think that we need the capital punish ment to protect our lives against unmeasurable crime. If we didn't have the capital punishment, many people would be able to easily commit a crime. Beside, person who commit some crimes has to get the punishment as their blame. Therefore, I think that it is a necessary evill, and it is also their responsiblity.

You are right that this is a controversial issue on which people do not agree. You make your position clear which is good. However, I want to know why you thing many people would easily commit a crime if we didn't have capital punishment, and I want to know what crimes you think deserve capital punishment.
In this sentence, "Beside, person who commit some crimes has to get the punishment as their blame." You use blame incorrectly. Blame comes before punishment. You might say they get punished as a consequence for their crimes.
